These are some good guides for tibia players making money ,wish you like it !

Looting

There are different ways and places to go but I have personally found a few to stand out in the past. Mintwallen, Hydras and Dwarf Guards are some of the best places in my opinion in that order. Most people will tell you that collecting loot is the best way and that’s how I look at it. Loot bagging is an essential part of everyday Tibia and makes for a proficient source of income for any vocation. Just try to think of it as free money. Most people don’t pick up little stuff like Hatchets but if you think about it, it’s actually like leaving 25gp on the ground repeatedly, which deducts from what your gross total could be. That’s my point of view but I don’t blame you if you don’t collect the little things usually anything under 50gp as can be a bit bothersome to go all the way to Fibula to sell them but keep in mind you should be collecting Bows and Cross Bows so you’ll have to make the trip anyway. You can drag your bag around with you or hide it with at least a backpack of bolts as partial contents, having some extra backpacks makes looting more enjoyable and since you won’t carrying it because you should have done the POSTMANS QUEST the weight should be of no matter. If you’re not good at saving money like me, just save up the loot keeping it organized, which makes for a faster more efficient selling experience. I usually sell a loot bag that weighs at least 100k oz because at that weight your pretty much guaranteed a decent sum of cash.

Clearing Quest

People will always need help doing quest. You can charge the tibia money to clear the quest or even accompany them. Here are just a few that occur often enough to note.

BLACK KNIGHT QUEST- The idea is to run the Black Knight around the room while you bolt it and use Sudden Death Runes, you can charge a group of low levels a set price and it adds up depending on the number of heads on the hunt. You’ll need to find the key in a dead tree near by. (Need level 50)

BANSHEE QUEST- This quest is a bit more tricky as the last seal can’t be infiltrated by people that have all ready done so, but the people always need help killing the Warlocks and just for support. (Need level 60)STEALTH RING QUEST- This is a easy set up to be honest, I can go invisible and clear the entire pyramid with one cast of Invisibility. It’s located to the far northeast of Darashia. (Need Invisible)

EDRON ORC QUEST- Pretty easy for the most part, just a lot of Orcs and one Giant Spider to deal with. It’s located through the sewers in the largest apartment like complex to the south of the southern most Edron Castle gate. (Shield recommended)

BLOOD HERB QUEST- Another easy one being that a Giant Spider is the only creature that poses anything-immediate threat. (Shield and Heavy Magic Missile Runes recommended)

DEEPER FIBULA QUEST – This quest takes a little planning with the amount of creatures your killing. People in newer worlds will need help around level 50 as well as more with the progression of time. You need a key or two down here so make sure you do your homework and ask around. (You have to be at least level 50 to get through the doors so any higher just makes it easier)

Investments

People need money to advance in level, as they level they make money also. What I’m getting at is that you can essentially make money by capitalizing on this idea. I personally usually invest in Mages or Knights since their gain is usually higher than that of a Paladin. Let’s say you loan a sorcerer 20 backpacks of manafluids, you could make a deal like you get all the loot he collects as payment which depending on the skill of the Sorcerer should bring you in a little award. The downside is the reward might be small but if you think about it and you can increase the amount loaned as time progresses to receive larger rewards and its free money.

Trading

If you keep the Trade Channel open enough you’ll sometimes notice a nice or maybe decent item selling way below the average price. Your goal here is to buy an item for as low as possible then sell it for the normal price. Patient is a must in this venture as items are hard to sell sometimes. Keeping this in mind next time you see a Crusader Helmet for 4K don’t think twice just buy it because at the worst case scenario you can have someone sell this item to a Djinn.

World Trading

You can buy items cheaper in older worlds and this sometimes comes in handy. Think about it like this, if I was to buy a Magic Plate Armor in say Antica for 300K, then I could simply world trade it to a newer world where it’s say 650K. By world trading a item like this you double your money. You can trade money from your current world to another to do this technique, but don’t trust everyone now. It takes times and a few times getting tricked sometimes to learn, but after a while you’ll be able to smell a trap from a mile away. Trade low amounts and you might want to be trying to find out about reputations of the recipient. There are plenty of ways to find this out ranging from asking around for local gossip or in the Game Chat Channel.

http://www. moneytibia. com

Face make-up is a way to highlight the features we love and want to draw attention and also to cover the not so good features. It’s a fact that no woman is satisfied what she has been blessed with. Face make-up takes cares of many of the facial flaws including the not so higher cheekbones, less prominent jaws and less evenly toned skin. You have to be so perfect with your makeup technique that it reflects your creativity and imagination. If you learn to apply face makeup properly then you will not drown yourself in makeup and end up looking like a clown. It is an accomplished fact that cosmetics are the girl’s best friend and if applied skilfully then it can transform your face from dull and dreary to one of alive, striking and bright.

First apply moisturizer on your face and neck. Cover ears, nape and the portion your outfit’s neck is going to show. Wipe excess moisturizer. Now apply liquid foundation in dots across your face. Blend it in your skin and see that you cover all the flaws. Now quickly rub ice over your face to close the pores. Dab with a tissue. Now apply the compact powder. Remember to choose a liquid foundation and compact that is closest to your skin tone and color.

The ideal face make-up involves applying the right amount according to the required occasion. There are different makeup tricks for different occasions. You just can’t imagine going to a business meeting with your face painted with too much makeup. Similarly for a theme party, you won’t be able to turn heads towards you unless you look something different. The following face make-up tips will be helpful to bring out the real beauty that is hidden behind your face no matter what the occasion is.

Taking the skin types into account, various manufacturing companies are producing quality products for men that differ in their ingredients for different types of skin. The products available in the market may range anything from fairness creams for men, exfoliators, face packs, toners and moisturizers to lip balms and others. Although the cosmetic industry has introduced them for men in recent years only, the products have gained good responses in terms of acceptance, sales and marketing in a very less time.

Face make up can be different depending upon the time of the day, occasion and also the climate. You should not expect yourself to come to office with heavy makeup and be the topic of office canteen gossip. For a more natural makeup, consider avoiding foundation and use concealer in its place to hide small imperfections, and add blush or bronzer to brighten up the entire face. Similarly an evening out with friends or your date requires extra edge in make up. What is more, you can even go for Creamy Make-up, Grease Make-up, Liquid Make-up and Wet Make-up.

Eyes are an important part of our face. They can be adorned with various applications such as eye shadows and mascaras. Eyeliners are usually applied to beautify the looks of eyes. They are available in several colors such as purple, maroon and black. The eyeliners are available in two forms – liquid and pencil. One can also take the help of the mascaras to frame her eyes in the perfect manner. They help to curl the eyelashes and give a perfect look to the eyes. They are available in different types Eye Care Products like waterproof and smudge proof.

The dawn of social networking brought with it a new era of communication. There are many great features on sites such as Facebook, Twitter, Sokule, Friendster, and Bebo, but as with any technological advances there are drawbacks. In the case of social networking it seems to be a double-edged sword.

Before we attack, let’s look at the pros associated with this new wave of communication tools. In the case of a site like Facebook, with a few keystrokes you can keep in touch with everyone you’ve ever met. You can post family photos, home videos, cartoons, or quotes you find amusing, all for your loved ones to see in real time regardless of where they are and what they’re doing. You can track down old friends and make new ones from the convenience of your laptop.

If you’re a business owner such sites are your new best friends. You can laser target your audience with ads or promotions and reach potential customers in numbers you couldn’t imagine if you weren’t tapped into the online global marketplace. You have unlimited potential to grow your business if you know the ins and outs and how to successfully navigate the internet, whether you’re part of a conglomerate or a one-man operation.

Despite all these advantages for the average entrepreneur looking to expand upon her business, for the individual looking to keep up on her social life there are perhaps just as many disadvantages. Though it may be convenient having the ability to tell all of your friends the latest gossip via your Twitter account instantaneously, once a comment is posted it’s out there for all to see, forever! And while they may be quick and easy to use, such sites are fast replacing quality face-to-face time for a new generation.

Another major issue we’ve all heard about ad nauseum is the danger of a personal profile destroying your chances of a new job, or potentially losing your current one. Many companies encourage management to peruse the Facebook or MySpace accounts of potential candidates before deciding whether or not to hire them. We all need to have fun and let loose and we’re all entitled to gossip, voice our opinions, and screw up from time to time. And perhaps we shouldn’t have to worry about this compromising our job prospects, but — when all of this is easily accessible on one page and is made public — this may drastically colour how an employer sees you. He is only getting one side of the story (your social life) and this isn’t the first impression you want to present.

If you already have a job you’re happy with and aren’t looking for a change, you still need to exercise discretion. You may be the most intelligent and hardest-working asset your company has, but these days very few employers will pass on the opportunity to monitor existing employees to determine who should move up the ranks or who should be moved — or moved out. Maybe it shouldn’t matter but all it takes is for the person in charge to pass judgement on one photo (of you having a little too much fun at a friend’s party, perhaps?) and you could instantly damage your career path. It may sound ludicrous, but it’s been known to happen so why take the chance?

If you’re going to be a part of the social networking boom, just make sure you have second, third, and even fourth thoughts about what you’re posting about yourself — and others — before you commit anything to cyberspace. Remember, your reputation is your calling card so if it’s something you wouldn’t want your mother to see, don’t post it!

Article Source: http://EzineArticles. com/6402828

What’s in a noise? Aside from it being unpleasant to hear, research has proven that it is one source of distraction that causes work-related stress.

The Trouble with Stress

Work-related stress is not a minor issue. . It is often the cause why a lot of employees would call in sick, avail of sick leaves and spend thousands of dollars on medical costs for health issues they could not define. It is also the reason why employers dig more holes in their company’s coffers, instead of sealing in more profits. Finding a replacement for ailing employees, albeit temporarily, still costs money.

Like termites nibbling on the foundation of a house – one bite at a time – work-related stress may cause subtle, but real trouble.

When employees are stressed, their fuses are short and they are not in a good mood. This can easily lead to misunderstanding or quarrels inside the office. Now, that is REAL trouble.

How to Subdue Noise

You can’t eliminate noise in an office, can you? That’s why websites claiming they have products that put off noise, as if it were fire, may be selling you a joke.

The ringing of the telephone, the closing and opening of doors, foot traffic, buzzing sound of the office fax, laughter and mindless chatter of your office colleagues during office hours – these are noise distractions you can’t turn off easily, unless you run berserk and send everyone duck for cover. The best option is to block out noise, so it cannot distract or disturb anyone. How? Mask it!

When turned on by just pushing a button, white noise machines, powered by sound masking technology, emit low-level sound, aptly called “white noise”, into the environment. White noise is produced by mixed frequencies and therefore has no structure. The human brain does not understand unstructured sound. Noise has structure; the reason why you are easily drawn to it. Your human brain “understands” it. But with white noise masking a noisy environment, structured sound (noise) is block out; only the unstructured sound is heard, but cannot be understood. In effect, noise loses its hold on your focus; it no longer distracts your attention, since the human mind ignores it.

Protects Privacy, Eliminates Gossip

White noise machines protect your conversational privacy, in the same way it blocks out noise.

When you talk to a client on the phone within hearing distance of other employees, you are indirectly sharing your privacy with an eavesdropper who intentionally listens in to your conversation, or with someone who overhears by accident. With a white noise machine turned on, what other people hear is the natural sound emanating from your machine, not your conversation. With your personal privacy ensured, there is no cause for gossip, which is the ember that usually starts a fight, even in a professional setting like an office.

Promote productivity rather than burn-out. Ensure harmony rather than discord. Purchase white noise machines today for the office and see the difference it can make in your revenue this year.

What is a Company Culture?

Let us start by clarifying exactly what a company culture is, it is the employee’s shared beliefs, attitudes, experiences and values of the company they work for. Sadly many people leave a workplace due to its bad company culture, reasons can include:

Colleagues constantly talking about other members of staff.

Favouritism of certain employees.

Performance expectations that cannot be met.

Unprofessional behaviour.

If a company’s culture is bad it can make it impossible to keep working for them, therefore you ideally need to ascertain that your prospective employer has a good, if not great, company culture prior to agreeing to work for them.

Smiley, Happy People

We all know that most companies do not employ people that go around smiling aimlessly all day long, waving at one another across their desks and generally looking like an extra from The Stepford Wives! This would be downright creepy for a start and nobody would wish to work for the company. It is not all about everyone appearing to be blissfully happy, it is about the whole atmosphere of the workplace.

To ascertain the culture of a company you have to jump into the role of a detective and do some snooping, we are not talking about hiring a private detective kind of snooping but more light hearted nosing around.

Points to Observe

Okay so it is the morning of that all-important interview, but what your interviewer does not realize is that you will also be interviewing them. The perfect place to begin assessing a company’s corporate culture is at the interview. You can begin before you even meet your interviewer actually; notice the cleanliness of the building, a clean building shows pride and not a lackadaisical attitude.

How does the receptionist greet you? Are they smiling and happy or are you presented with a false smile and even falser personality? Look around you at the employees and observe whether they seem to be relaxed in one another’s company, if people are communicating by good old-fashioned conversation that is a very positive sign. Too many companies rely heavily upon the age of technology, text, e-mail etc, etc and have actually forgotten the art of talking. People are more likely to resolve any issues and problems if they actually talk to each other, being open and honest is an especially positive attribute to any company.

Your interviewer should be completely positive and enthusiastic about the company and have only good points to tell you, any question you fire at them should be answered quickly and confidently. They should have full conviction in their answers and total belief in the company. Find out how long they have worked for the company, as this is always a good indication of a happy workplace.

Do you notice any pictures around the office and building of company events? This is always a great display of team spirit if employees and employers attend events together and know how to relax outside of the workplace, away from the office. Ask your interviewer if they ever run any teambuilding events, again this shows a terrific comradeship amongst everyone on all levels. It shows that managers can mix with the employees and that the formal guards of titles are dropped from time to time.

Have they ever been listed as ‘best employer?’ obviously a big advantage if they have, try to discover what the staff turnover is like. Ideally, it is low; to know people have naturally progressed through the company is a good sign because it shows they have been happy enough to remain with them throughout the years. A high staff turnover displays that people have been unhappy and eager to move on or that the managers have been very carefree with who they employ and then sack, not good either way.

Reviews and Tweets

Try to read some company reviews, not just present day ones either delve into the past if you can. Learn about the company’s reputation through the years; note if it has ever been slated and if it has, why?

Blogging and tweeting is, whether we like it or not, here to stay for a while and sometimes places like blogs and Twitter are the best places to source information. You need to find the company’s ‘gossip’ as they are the perfect person to give you the lowdown on the place, either personally or you may just happen across some juicy gossip by wandering around on the relevant blogs.

If the company displays an ‘investor in employees’ sign then that is a brilliant indication of a positive corporate culture being present, as if they are willing to invest in their employees they are willing to believe in them.

Wrapping Up

So to wrap this up then in a neat little package, there are numerous ways of ascertaining whether your prospective employer has a positive company culture. Many of the ways simply come down to doing some ‘people watching’ and becoming a cross between a detective and a psychologist. All the signs are there ready to be read, the question is, are you ready to read them?

Copyright © 2011 CareerJourney

The Internet provides numerous opportunities, both good and bad. In a strange way, the Internet is extremely democratic in that it allows anyone with access the chance to use or abuse the Web however they see fit. As such, reputation management has become a major area of interest and concern for millions, if not tens of millions, of Americans.

Reputation management is the process of tracking an entity’s actions and other entity’s opinions about those actions, meaning the search for what people are doing and what others think about what people are doing. It’s a bit like online gossip, but reputation management goes further than just People magazine. Entire Internet related responsibilities, such as search engine image protection (SEIP), were created for the sole purpose of protecting a person’s name and reputation from undesired public information. Reputation management is important to individuals, businesses, non-profits, politicians and more, because it affects so many areas of life.

There are many ways to execute reputation management on the Internet; one way is to overwhelm and eliminate negative listings that show up when people search a name or term in Google. However, things have changed and online reputation management is evolving and new services such as online image consulting and litigant image enhancement is growing. GrowthMore so than ever before, it’s easy for an individual to post slanderous, untrue, injurious and hurtful information based on nothing more than the wind. In the past, a person would have to use a print medium, newsletter, newspaper, to produce a wide spread negative message, but those days are over. Now, anyone with Internet access can make wild comments.

Another reason why reputation management is important is that companies are producing as much hurtful information as individuals, if not more. Comments regarding a person’s credit rating or debt could be posted online, individuals can use the forums on various company Websites to bash the company, the employees, stockholders or whomever they like. Websites such as eBay, Wikipedia and Slashdot are often abused in such a way. Solution? There are a number of ways to combat the type of information that is slanderous or flat out inaccurate. For example, you can use Search Engine Reputation Management (SERM) to shield your brand or reputation from damaging content. In the end though, two challenges persist, the nature of Internet search engines and the ability of certain individuals to spread information no matter how much time it takes.

One of the best ways to combat negative information is to produce positive information. So, reputation management can be performed with SEO/SEM, putting quality information of a positive nature online about the person or entity being attacked. The goal is to produce enough positive information that it drowns out the negative being produced. It’s a difficult battle overall, but one that is winnable. Moving ForwardTo enhance your online reputation management, find a reputable individual or company who can protect your brand and your name. Odds are you don’t have enough time to deal with the rumors flying around about you, or the time to learn how. Find professionals who specialize in reputation management and let them handle the mess.

Blogging. It sounds like something that only geeks could love. Yet, blogging is now being done by geeks and non-techies alike. This could and should concern you as an employer because blogs have the grave potential to threaten your business as well as your business image and reputation.

Blogs, which is a common term for Internet Web Logs, are being used commonly and frequently by individuals to post information ranging from news and opinions, gossip and photos about businesses. Often, blogs have the air and appearance of professional online journals.

Blogs have become more and more popular because of their simple ease of creation and use. Internet Web Logs have been around for some time. But as is often the case in the world of computers “ease of use “is everything. Anyone at no or little cost can set up and post on Blogs of their choice.

Blogs provide their bloggers audiences as large and diverse as the Internet itself. That is why we are witnessing journalists,

political parties, individuals, organizations and even businesses increasingly embrace blogs to communicate their messages to online audiences.

The number of blogs on the Internet ranges widely.

Ligules, a blog authority “, indexed the startling count of 30 Million blogs, as of the end of June 2006 while StrokonBlog Research , another blog authority claimed 60 Million blogs counted May 2005.

Interestingly, and perhaps not surprisingly, blogs are appealing to a younger audience. It has been estimated that 60 % of most bloggers are under 19 years of age. It is very safe to say that blogs will become more relevant to businesses as all these younger bloggers come of age and join the work force in the coming years.

Most blogs can be considered quite harmless. In fact the sign of a progressive business is one that embraces blogs and blogging as an effective means to communicate in an interactive innovative manner. As well blogs can be a most useful tool to conduct market research on trends as well as conduct customer research. Remember the rule that 85 % of your business comes from 15 % of your customers. Blogs can be an inexpensive way to target and interrract for that vital 15 % of your customer base.

Make Money from Home Online Data Entry Jobs

How productive are your business meetings? Would you describe the culture that governs your meetings to more resemble World War III or crazy chaos? During a meeting, do you focus on the agenda at hand or do you concentrate more on breaking a foam cup into bits? Would you qualify eating all of the donuts in a meeting as a major accomplishment in your agenda? If these meeting scenarios sound familiar to you, you are not alone! Many studies have shown that more time is wasted in meetings than in any other business activity. It is estimated that people spend 20-40% (upper management is much more) of their time in meetings and that meetings are only 44-50% efficient (source: Steve Kaye). By improving the efficiency of your next meeting, you may increase your bottom line.

The first step in improving the efficiency of your business meetings is to recognize that meetings are a collaborative effort. The very definition of a meeting is a TEAM activity where SELECT people gather to perform WORK that requires GROUP effort. All participants of a meeting, therefore, must play a role in remaining focused and progressing through the meeting in a timely manner.

Before calling a meeting, it must first be decided whether it is necessary. Remember a meeting is not always the most effective way. Other options available might be sending a memo or an email. It is the responsibility of the meeting solicitor to determine the need for calling the meeting and who should attend. In general, it is best to invite as few participants as possible (key players only). The solicitor must also review the organization’s calendar, reserve the meeting room and assign a meeting facilitator to be in charge of the agenda.

Effective meetings necessitate leadership. Leading a meeting requires attention, confidence, creativity, diplomacy, empathy, flexibility, wits, toughness and yes, humor! The primary role of the leader is to establish the ground roles for the meeting which are namely: to minimize confusion and disruptions and to institute a code of conduct. Some examples of team game rules that are designed to make meetings more effective are:

1. If you are planning to introduce a proposal or discuss an issue in a group meeting, send out any relevant information to all team members several days before the meeting.

2. Review the agenda and bring any relevant materials with you to the meeting so that we can make informed decisions.

3. Don’t lobby a few members before the meeting and try to ram an idea down the throats of the rest of the group in a “surprise attack”. Keep issues above-board and inclusive. “Fight fair”.

4. Come to the meetings on time.

5. If you are going to be absent, inform others beforehand and send a stand-in who can make at least some decisions in your name.

6. Focus on listening and seeking understanding before disagreeing.

7. If you are the recorder, distribute complete and accurate minutes to everyone within 48 hours after the meeting.

8. If you agree to something, do what you say you will do. Be accountable to each other.

9. Sarcasm, personal attacks, interrupting, dominating the discussion, or engaging in distracting behavior during a meeting are all non-productive behaviors. We agree not to engage in them.

10. It is okay to disagree during a meeting, but once the group has made a decision, it needs to be supported by everyone outside of the meeting. Passive resistance, sabotage, negative gossip and guerrilla warfare are not okay.

11. Remember to celebrate successes and to thank members for their efforts.

In addition to implementing these concepts, an effective meeting leader must enforce a code of conduct in order to maintain a safe environment for discussing ideas. The meeting facilitator should compel the meeting attendees to follow some simple guidelines to ensure an orderly meeting:

It is as equally important to end a meeting efficiently as it is to conduct it. Besides just ending a business meeting on time there should be a review of agenda items and results, as well as assignments. A set agenda for the next meeting should also be prepared.

Having an effective business meeting is a key ingredient to having a successful business. If you would like more information on this subject, please feel free to contact us.

Lil Kim and her rapping talents soon were noticed by small-time drug pusher and up-and-coming rapper Christopher Wallace, a. k. a. Biggie Smalls, a. k. a. the Notorious B. I. G. Lil Kim said at an interview for a magazine that they lived on the same block in Brooklyn. She also said in the same interview that she always thought he was cute, and when she first started talking to him, she felt like she’d known him for years. Then a couple of her friends told Wallace that she could rap and he scoffed. He said that he thought that Kim was too attractive to rap. After meeting her mentor and life saver Christopher Wallace, (Notorious B. I. G/Biggie Smalls), she began to clean up her life and it was Christopher who helped her develop a career in music. By then Kimberly had taken in the slogan “Lil’ Kim” after her height and curbing her name to just Kim. With the help of Christopher she became the only female associate of the short lived rap group Junior M. A. F. I. A. The two also became involved amorously linked, and Lil Kim was traumatized when B. I. G. married singer Faith Evans in 1994. His rumored infidelity with Kim, with Kim becoming pregnant and having an abortion, became a source of gossip in the rap community, and inspired a bitter rivalry between Lil Kim and Evans that the two would play out in the gossip columns, on stage, and with their respective record labels.

Assuming the role as Kim’s mentor, Wallace, the person most responsible for enabling Kim to evolve into one of hip-hop’s most visible stars, took the 16-year-old under his wing. In an interview Kim described their relationship like Bonnie and Clyde and that they lived their life like the two, partners’-in-crime. Kim said to Steve Jones in USA Today that Wallace taught her everything she knows. And that Biggie still is the greatest rapper in the world. Then she said that the reason why God put him in this world, was so that everybody could get a taste of what this game is all about.
